Since it already shows you how to play on the game, you gotta know what the special balloons do!
[Colored Balloons] These balloons have no special effect.
[One Dart Balloons] These balloons are pink and have a picture of a dart on it. When you pop this balloon, darts shoot in every direction.
[Three Dart Balloons] These balloons are bright blue and have a picture of three darts. When you pop this balloon, on your next throw, you shoot three darts at once (counting as one dart).
[Boomerang Balloon] These balloons are green and have a picture of a boomerang on it. It gives you an extra dart and lets you throw a boomerang.
[Pacman Balloon] As seen on level 21 and 37! This balloon is green with a picture of pacman on it. As soon as you pop it, you control pacman! Use the arrow keys to move around and eat the other baloons in that level.
[Ice Balloon] These balloons are bright blue and have a bit of snow on them. When you pop these, the feeze all the other baloons around them, making them impossible to pop. Your darts can bounce off of the frozen balloons, so it's not always a bad thing!
[Bomb Balloons] These balloons are red with a picture of a bomb on them. When you pop this balloon, it blows up all the balloons near it.
[Mine Balloon] These balloons are orange with a picture of a mine on them. When you pop these balloons, a mine drops underneath the popped balloon and blows up the first thing it touches.
[Bonus Dart Balloon] These balloons are purple with a picture of a glowing dart on them. When you pop these, you get a bonus dart!
These are all of the different balloons I know of so far, I will update this if I find another type of balloon. If you find a new type of balloon, please message me to tell me and I'll add it to this guide. (And you gotts tell me what level you saw it in.)

Oº°¨ How to play ¨°ºO
When you start, you have 40 gold.
Spend your gold wisely on basic towers. These are:
Arrow (cost: 7 gold) Shoots land and air creeps
Cannon (cost: 9 gold) Shoots only land creeps
Air (cost: 12 gold) Shoots only air creeps
Place these towers wherever you want, but place them in a good place so that when the creeps past, they'll get blasted.
For every time a creep pasts through the whole level, alive, you lose one life. You start of with 20 lives, and when you reach to zero, you lose.
When you beat level 8, you get your first 'wood'. You should use it to research one of the three elements. They are earth, water and fire. With these elements, you can build special towers. You can build these special towers:
Earth: A powerful tower that can only hit land creeps.
Fire: A strong tower that hits both land and air.
Water: A weak tower that slows creeps and hits both land and air.

Here are some tips:
Start with your intelligence at maximum, then get a job and keep getting promotions
until you are the CEO. Do not increase anything else or do anything else until you
are Ceo with an intelligence level of 250. Then, stop increasing intelligence until
you get a penthouse with a television. Watch the news until you have about 330
intelligence. You can then hot wire the car. The car is like the skateboard except
faster and cooler.
First, start a bank account. You do not need much, but the more the better. Next,
go into your apartment and sleep for a few days. The interest in the bank will
earn money slowly. The more money you have, the more you will receive. This is
very useful if you are trying to get a few stats. Buy the items that raise all
of the stats when you sleep. Each night you sleep, you will get better.
When you have 999 Intelligence, Charm, and Strength, get to -100 Karma by doing
a lot of Drug deals and bar fights. Notice that you will receive an invitation
in your home to join in an Election. Click on the 50,000 Election and you should
win it. After that, sleep and you will get $5,000 a day.
Save the game, then play blackjack. Bet all your money. If you lose, refresh and
try again. Save the game each time you win more money.
Note: While playing blackjack is an easy way to get money, it takes a long time
to click the chips to bet. Instead, do not click them. Press [Tab] until the 500
chip is selected then hold [Enter] for a faster method.
If you get over $500 you will get a new car.
While doing Commodities, before you leave the bus station to sell, make sure you
have agun with 99 ammunition. Also make sure that you pump up Strength and Charm
and lower your Karma for extra safety.
When doing the darts, go for the lighter dart board.
Start out with unlimited intelligence and get the job of the CEO. Follow the first
car cheat and get to day 381. Then, press C and you should be in a red convertible.
When it is 2,000 days and you have a castle and lots of money (200,000), you should
be invited to have an election.
For Dictator, have $200,000, Karma -100, 850+ Stats, CEO, and a castle ($500,000).
For President, have $200,000, Karma 100, 750+ Stats, CEO, and a castle ($500,000).
Buy 10 cocaine or beer and travel to New Jersey or Los Angeles by bus. Make sure you have a cell phone and a gun with at least 90 ammo. Sell your cocaine and you will make a BIG profit.
CHEATS:
Enter HEYZEUS!!!! as a user name to get all your stats to 555 and $10,000 to start the game.
After 365 days (1 year...) you should wake up and get some mail and a sports car!
Whenever your stickman gets run over by a car, he will get one of three messages.
One is from Sticknews, another from You Hit, They Run law agency, and the final
one is is from Cash for Skidmarks' Inc.
Give the boy who wants smoke exactly ten packs of cigarettes. He will die and you will get a message from a detective.
If you want your stickman to be red, keep robbing places.
If you are trying to sleep very quickly, press [Tab] twice, [Enter], [Tab], [Enter]
and repeat.
to wake up at 12:00 am everyday, get a job and purchase an alarm clock. This should wake up a little earlier. Next, buy as many caffeine pills as possible because every pill used + alarm clock will wake you up at 12:00 am.
